When are orders placed?
Orders are placed in production upon receipt of all payments and fees due.
How do I place my order?
Please contact us via email or fill out the form on our contact page. We will contact you to discuss your order. Once you are ready to move forward with your order an invoice will be sent to you via PayPal.
Standard orders?
All orders on our pricelist are standard order pricing and are priced for our in stock colors.
May I add customization to my order?
Yes. All customization is subject to additional fees.
Can I make changes to my order?
Yes; however, any changes made after payment is received is subject to additional fees. Please contact us for change orders as soon as possible. Fees will depend on changes and where we are in production of your original order.
When will my order be shipped?
Once payment is received there is a 3-4 week lead time. We will contact you when your order is ready to be delivered/shipped/pickup.
How will my order be shipped?
Products are delivered/shipped/pickup as a whole unit.
What happens if I don’t pick up my order?
There is a restocking fee for all orders returned to us as undeliverable for delivery. If you cannot pickup your order as scheduled please contact us to reschedule. Orders not pickup are subject to a restocking fee.
We will always contact the customer when items have shipped or is ready for pickup/delivery.
How do I get a refund?
Our products are handcrafted and custom made to order. Therefore, once an order is in production refunds will not be given.
How do I place a claim for a damaged order?
If your order is shipped to you damaged please contact us immediately. Please provide pictures of the damages to the product and shipping package. Please also, send a picture of shipping label.
We will contact you within 48hours of receiving your claim.
If you are picking up your order, all products must be inspected upon pickup. We can not be responsible for items once they have left the shop.
What if my order is incorrect?
Orders will be detailed on your invoice, please be sure to review your invoice before payment is made. If corrections need to be made it should be done before payment is made or it will be considered a change order. If for some reason we make a mistake on your order please reach out to us immediately to correct your order.
